Phil Coppola

Phil Coppola is an experienced professional in technical support and network operations, currently serving as NOC Team Lead for Verint Technical Support at Group Elite since October 2019. Prior to this role, Phil worked as a Network Operations Center engineer at Netruim, where responsibilities included configuration and maintenance of Cisco devices and networking routing protocols, as well as monitoring large-scale corporate circuits. Earlier experience includes a position as a Security Analyst focusing on Identity & Access Management at Resolute Forest Products, managing user access to corporate systems. Phil holds a Diploma of College Studies from Dawson College and an Associated Degree in Micro Computers and Networking Systems from Herzing College.
