Olga Ulchenko

Olga Ulchenko is an experienced professional in cybersecurity and digital risk protection, currently serving as the Head of CERT tier 2 for the Middle East and Africa at Group-IB since June 2021. Olga has a proven track record in team management and talent recruitment, leading initiatives that significantly expanded client engagement during earlier roles as Lead Digital Risk Protection Analyst, Senior Digital Risk Protection Analyst, and Digital Risk Protection Analyst at Group-IB. Previous experience includes a role as Live News Assistant at Russia Today, where Olga created computer graphics for live coverage of major Middle Eastern events and provided translation services, in addition to freelance content translation and various customer service roles. Olga holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Politics of the Middle East from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor's degree in the Economics of Arab Countries from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
