Currently serving as Managing Director at Stella Insurance and Chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Sub-Committee for the Group of 100, Victoria has a proven track record of driving significant organizational change and fostering equitable practices within the industry. Previous roles include Consultant for the Insurance Council of Australia, and Managing Director & CFO of Blue Ocean & Equator (BO&E) Reinsurances Ltd at QBE Insurance, where strategic oversight of operations and capital optimization was key. Victoria has held various senior finance positions at QBE, Suncorp Group, and Centrepoint Alliance, demonstrating a deep expertise in financial management, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Wollongong, Chartered Accountant designation, and additional executive training from INSEAD and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
