Emily Daley

Emily Daley is an experienced UX researcher and designer, currently serving as the Founder of Purple Swan, a UX Research Studio established in June 2021, which utilizes a mixed-methods approach to enhance user experience for clients including Bumble and Marks & Spencer. Additionally, Emily holds the position of Lead Design Researcher at Manychat since February 2024, and previously worked as a Senior User Researcher at Bumble from October 2022 to July 2023, focusing on women's experiences and Gen Z products. Other notable roles include Lead UX Researcher at Marks and Spencer and Lead User Researcher at ARRIVAL, contributing to significant research initiatives across various sectors. Emily is also passionate about education, having taught UX design at Digital Influx. Academic credentials include a Master's degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Sussex, complemented by ongoing studies in coaching.
