Stephen Dorso

Stephen Dorso has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Stephen has held various roles in different organizations throughout their career. Stephen'smost recent position was as the Director of Compensation and Benefits at the Dallas Ft. Worth Hospital Council/GroupOne HR Solutions, where they were responsible for designing, managing, and communicating the organization's compensation and benefits programs. Prior to that, they served as the Compensation and Benefits Manager at Metrocare Services of Dallas, where they designed and administered compensation and benefit programs. Stephen also worked at Children's Medical Center, University Medical Center, Zale Lipshy Hospital, and St. Paul Medical Center in various HR roles. Overall, Stephen Dorso has a strong background in HR strategy, compensation, benefits, and HRIS management.

Stephen Dorso obtained a Diploma in Accounting from Central New Mexico Community College, where they studied from 1975 to 1977. In addition, they have received certifications as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CP) from the Society for Human Resources Management in 2015 and as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in November 2000.
