Tjalja Schaaf

Tjalja Schaaf currently serves as the Director of Global Customer Service Operations and Head of Customer Service for group.one, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Tjalja held various roles at one.com from March 2014 to May 2023, including Customer Service Manager for Group One and Support Manager in Copenhagen.
