Megan Weaver is a resilient and purpose-driven leader with over 20 years of experience in regulatory compliance and risk mitigation strategies. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Agency Compliance at Group 1001, Megan also chairs the Zionsville Employee Engagement Council and holds a board position at Habitat for Humanity of Boone County. Additionally, Megan graduated from Maranatha Christian High School and is pursuing a B.S. in Organizational Leadership, set to graduate in November 2025, with future plans to pursue an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
