Lisa Fleming

Lisa Fleming has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Lisa is currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Director - US West Markets at Group 1 Automotive. In this role, they provide leadership and oversight to Human Resource Manager teams in multiple markets and supports various organizational strategies, such as DEI, talent development, and succession planning. Prior to this, Lisa worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Group 1 Automotive and Vice President of Human Resources at Collision Works, where they collaborated with executive teams, led HR teams, and played a crucial role in workforce planning and business continuity strategies. Lisa also has experience as a Senior HR Manager at Sonic Drive-In, where they focused on compliance and risk management, and as an HR Manager at Seventy Seven Energy, where they supported a large workforce and was responsible for talent management and engagement. Additionally, they held HR leadership positions at Prosperity Bank, CompSource Oklahoma, Metavante Corporation, and Coppermark Bank. Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated expertise in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and strategic talent management, and their efforts have been recognized with awards and accolades for building engaged workplace cultures.

Lisa Fleming holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Oklahoma State University. Lisa also attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison Graduate School of Banking, specializing in HR Management. Additionally, Lisa has obtained several certifications, which include the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in 2014, the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2010, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2001.
