Olivier Germain

Olivier Germain is a distinguished academic and practitioner in the field of management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as an administrator at Centre d'Entrepreneuriat ESG UQAM since July 2023, Olivier also provides entrepreneurial support at Groupe 3737 and holds the position of titular chair of entrepreneurship, alterity, and society at École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) since May 2022. A full professor at Université du Québec à Montréal since September 2011, Olivier leads the PhD program in Administration at ESG UQAM. Additional roles include deputy editor for the Revue internationale PME, a member of the scientific committee at EM Normandie Business School, and co-director for various academic collections. Olivier's research contributions are further recognized through past affiliations with Paris-Dauphine and Dauphine Recherche en Management. Education includes a Doctorate in Strategic Management from Université de Caen Normandie and advanced studies in research methodology.
