Issam Hachem

Issam Hachem is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in IT management, business development, and digital solutions. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer Consultant at Groupe ACCELIS, Issam has restructured the IT department's architecture and developed a secure, innovative digital environment. Prior to this, Issam held the position of Deputy Director at 89 École Supérieure du Numérique, overseeing team management and legal certification processes. As a co-founder of Tekwin Digital sal, Issam played a key role in acquiring the company by Groupe Accelis and in formulating expansion strategies, while at Takwïn digital sarl, Issam acted as a senior strategist and business developer. Additionally, Issam's tenure at OTV Lebanon included leadership roles as Chief Technology Officer, where significant technological advancements were implemented in broadcast systems. Issam holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master’s in Management from ESCP Business School and an MBA from ESA Business School.
