Philippe Merville

Philippe Merville is an experienced IT leader with a robust background in information systems and architecture. Currently serving as Directeur des Systèmes d'Information at Groupe AGRICA since May 2012, Philippe has successfully reorganized the IT department, implemented Lean and Agile methodologies, and enhanced technical frameworks while ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering innovation. Prior experience at SGCIB included roles as Lean IT Architect and IT Strategy Manager, focusing on productivity gains and project management, particularly in Financial Services. Philippe's career also encompassed key leadership positions at Allianz France, where architectural strategy was a primary focus. Philippe holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from CentraleSupélec, alongside management training from ESSEC Business School and an engineering degree from ESTP.
