Sylvie Mercier

Sylvie Mercier is an accomplished professional in human resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Responsable du développement des ressources humaines at GROUPE ALPHA since December 2019, Sylvie previously held positions at EPIDE as DRH Adjointe and Chef de service développement des ressources humaines from April 2011 to December 2019, and was the Directrice and Responsable du pôle RH at APC Recrutement from September 2008 to March 2011. Earlier roles include employment advisor at Cap vers l’entreprise, HR project manager at LA HALLE, training manager at CDC IXIS CAPITAL MARKETS, and head of the employment and training department at SCET. Sylvie is pursuing advanced studies at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, working towards a Master 2 in Administration et gestion de l’emploi, alongside a degree in information and communication from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
