Blanchard Maleka

Blanchard Maleka has extensive experience in the medical field, currently serving as Directeur Médical at PACTILIS RDC within the ASCOMA group since March 2012, where responsibilities include managing health insurance policies, establishing third-party payment healthcare networks, organizing medical operations, and overseeing medical claims processes. Prior to this role, Blanchard worked as a treating physician at the Centre médico-chirurgical AGD and the military hospital in Kinshasa, as well as serving as a supervising physician at the Centre Médical Saint Paulin. Blanchard Maleka holds a degree in medicine from Université de Kinshasa, earned between 2003 and 2010.
