Yohann Marraccini

Yohann Marraccini currently serves as the Directeur des cuisines adjoint at GROUPE BOURDONCLE since October 2021. Previously, Yohann held the position of Executive Chef at Les Bistrots Pas Parisiens from July 2020 to April 2021 and at Beaumarly Groupe from December 2018 to July 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Chef Executif at Café Pouchkine Paris for Maison Dellos, Chef des Cuisines at Ladurée Paris, and Chef de cuisine at A.Beauvilliers and De LAGARDE. Yohann began the culinary career as a Second at L'ARPEGE Alain Passard from January 1999 to February 2001. Educational background includes a CAP BEP in hotel and restaurant management from FERRANDI Paris, obtained between 1992 and 1994.
