Florence Leplan

Florence Leplan has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Directrice des opérations banque de proximité and Directrice Consulting Interne at Groupe BPCE since June 2019. In these roles, Florence Leplan supports various business lines in transformation projects and operational management while promoting continuous improvement initiatives across BPCE and the group. Prior to this, Florence Leplan held the position of Directrice Coordination Stratégique, Digitale et Qualité at Banque Populaire Rives de Paris, which began in October 2017, and served as Directrice Organisation & Informatique from 2012 to 2017. Florence Leplan's educational qualifications include a Magistère de Gestion and a DESS in Management des systèmes d'informations et d'Organisation from Ecole Supérieure des Affaires de Grenoble, along with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification obtained in 2012.
