Karim Sahmi

Karim Sahmi has extensive work experience in the real estate and logistics sectors. Karim started their career in 1991 with GEFCO Automotive as a Technical Manager and stayed with the company until 2008. Karim then joined Banque Fédérale des Banques Populaires as a Responsible for Real Estate Operations. In 2009, they transitioned to Groupe BPCE as a Responsible for Real Estate Operations, where they worked until 2015. Karim then joined Natixis as the Logistics Real Estate Direction Manager, a position they held until 2022. Currently, Karim Sahmi is the Head of Operation of Buildings at Groupe BPCE's Real Estate Department.

Karim Sahmi obtained a DUT degree in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Computing with a specialization in power electronics from IUT Belfort between 1989 and 1991. Karim then pursued their education at Télécom Physique Strasbourg, where they obtained an engineering degree (INGENIEUR) between 2005 and 2008.
