Lucian Cirlan

Lucian Cirlan is a Learning and Development Manager at Cimes since July 2023, part of the Société du Groupe CEGOS, which specializes in innovative training solutions. Previous roles include Chef de projet Formation at Ponts Formation Conseil (September 2022 - July 2023) and Chef de projet at Apprentis d'Auteuil (September 2019 - August 2022). Lucian has also served as a consultant for the Council of Europe (June 2017 - July 2019), held research responsibilities at UNIL - Université de Lausanne (May 2014 - April 2015), and completed internships at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania and the Presidential Administration of Romania in 2014. Early experience includes serving as Programme Coordinator for the Lingua Franca initiative with WSCF-Europe (January 2013 - August 2013). Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from EHESS (2015 - 2017), a PhD in Sociology from École Pratique des Hautes Études (2014 - 2019), a preliminary program for Ph.D. in Sociology from University of Lausanne (2013 - 2014), and a Master's degree in Religious Studies from University of Strasbourg (2011 - 2013).
