Florent Dufourcq

Florent Dufourcq is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the Responsable ressources humaines at Groupe Coopératif Maïsadour since November 2014. In this role, Florent defines and implements HR policies across four agricultural activities, oversees HR budgets, facilitates employee representation bodies, provides legal advice, manages recruitment and employee development, and promotes workplace health and safety.
