Béatrice Laporte-Roy

Béatrice Laporte-Roy is a strategic advisor with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. As of January 2025, Béatrice serves as a Strategic Advisor to the COO at FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX DU CANADA. Prior to this role, Béatrice held several senior management positions at Bell from May 2015 to December 2024, including Senior Manager of Talent Management, where Béatrice focused on enhancing the employee experience and onboarding processes. Béatrice also led campus recruitment initiatives, communication strategies for corporate engagement, and efficiency improvements in technical call centers. In addition to professional roles, Béatrice has contributed to the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec as a board member and committee president. Béatrice holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from McGill University.
