Olivier Biancarelli

Olivier Biancarelli has extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Directeur Général Promotion et Aménagement at Groupe GIBOIRE since September 2021, Olivier previously held positions such as Senior Advisor at Fonds d’investissement and Directeur Général Adjunct at ENGIE. Notable achievements at ENGIE include serving as Chief Executive Officer of TRACTEBEL and Director of Decentralised Solutions for Cities and Territories, where Olivier was instrumental in global smart city initiatives. Olivier's early career involved advisory roles in the French government, including as Advisor to the President of France and as an advisor to the French Minister of the Interior. Olivier holds a law degree from Université Paris-Sorbonne and is an alumnus of Sciences Po and ENA - Ecole nationale d'administration.
