Charlène Rabaté

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, specializing in clinical documentation and patient education.
