Olga Sieber

Olga Sieber is a seasoned professional in talent management and acquisition, currently serving as Group Talent Director at Groupe Le Duff since June 2020, where responsibilities include designing and executing programs in recruitment, learning and development, and performance management while leading a team of seven. Prior to this, Olga held the position of Head of Global Talent Acquisition & Talent Development at Neovia group from April 2014 to May 2020, overseeing initiatives in talent acquisition and development for the Animal Nutrition division and contributing to employer branding and diversity initiatives. Olga began their career as a Recruitment Manager at Healthcare & Technology International from April 2008 to March 2014 and worked as a Sales Marketing Manager at Convestra Holding AG from December 2005 to March 2008. Educational qualifications include a Corporate MBA in Business Administration from Audencia and a degree in Media Management from the University of Applied Sciences - FH Mitweida and Mueller Medien GmbH.
