Previously, Francis held several key positions at Lowe's Companies, Inc. and RONA, including Directeur de Marché and various roles related to operations management, financial oversight, and team leadership. With a robust background managing retail operations across multiple provinces and a strong foundation in financial analysis and control, Francis has consistently demonstrated expertise in sales, operations, marketing, and human resources. Educational qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from UQAM and completion of the CMA Professional Program.
