Frédéric Duguay

Frederic Duguay is the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Canada Infrastructure Bank, where Frederic leads legal, compliance, and governance activities. Frederic also serves as a Board Member at Groupe Média TFO. Previously, Frederic was a Partner at Hansell McLaughlin Advisory Group and held senior legal counsel positions at the Ontario Securities Commission. Frederic completed their LL.B in Law and B.A in Arts with a minor in communications at the University of Ottawa.
