Emma Boyer

Emma Boyer is a seasoned professional in international purchasing and supply chain management, currently serving as Directeur de Site and International Seafood Purchaser at Mericq since October 2020. Prior to this, Emma held the role of Chargée étude export at Coopérative Fromagère Jeune Montagne, focusing on the export of cheese specialties in Europe. Emma gained initial experience as a Junior National Buyer at Auchan Retail, where responsibilities included sourcing fruits and vegetables. Previous roles also include an internship at MAISON CONQUET in agro-food, assisting with commercial development, and managing dairy cattle operations in New Zealand. Emma holds a Master's degree in International Purchasing and Supply Chain Management from ESSEC Business School, along with an engineering degree from Ecole d’Ingenieurs de PURPAN and agronomy studies from the University of Buenos Aires.
