Francis Laurin

Francis Laurin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Francis began their career in 1998 as a Project Manager at Groupe Lacasse Inc., where they worked for seven years. In 2004, they also served as a Speaker and Teacher at MIT. In 2005, they joined Les Mobiliers H. Moquin as a Project Manager until 2009. In 2008, they started working as a researcher and columnist at EDDNP until 2018. From 2014 to 2018, Francis held the role of Vice President of Operations and Business Strategy at Vorticomm Technologies. Since 2009, they have been with Systèmes Norbec Inc. / Norbec Architectural Inc., starting as the Head of the Quote Department and later transitioning to the position of Internal Sales Director.

Francis Laurin's education history includes various certifications and a diploma. In 1994-1997, they attended CEP St-Jérôme, where they obtained a DEP (Diploma of Vocational Studies) in Industrial and Mechanical Drawing. In 2003, they attended HEC Montréal, earning a certificate in Situational Leadership as well as another certificate in Emotional Intelligence in Technical Competence. In 2004, they completed a certificate program in Situational Leadership at HEC Montréal as well. In 2005-2006, they attended CleanEdison, where they obtained a Black Belt Lean Manufacturing degree.
