Paul Adam is an experienced professional in urban renewal and rehabilitation, currently serving as the Responsable du service renouvellement urbain & réhabilitation at Groupe Polylogis since August 2021, overseeing operations and managing a team of 14 collaborators. Previously, Paul held roles in rehabilitation and project management at NEPSEN, where responsibilities included operational leadership and client management, and at Eiffage, focusing on quality and environmental management across construction projects. Paul has a strong background in construction management, having led projects from conception to completion at Berdin Groupe, and possesses advanced degrees in engineering and sustainable construction project management from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and CESI Ecole d'Ingénieurs.
