Isobel Hodgson

Isobel (Bella) Hodgson has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as Head of HR at SII UK since July 2017, after holding the position of Administration and HR Manager. Prior to this role, Bella was HR Manager for People Strategy at Sapient from August 2014 to June 2017, where responsibilities included managing a team of junior roles and providing employment law advice. Bella also worked at NHS as HR Administration Manager and held various positions at SThree plc, including Business Coordination Manager and PA to the Managing Director. Bella's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Surrey, obtained between 1999 and 2002.
