Pascal Walter

Pascal Walter serves as DG Opérations at Groupe Socota Madagascar since November 2021, overseeing operations for a new entity formed from the merger of COTONA and CFL's industrial activities. Additionally, Pascal has been with CIEL Textile since February 2002, holding the position of Executive Director, managing a profit center with a turnover of €20 million, half of which is generated from exports to Europe, Madagascar, and South Africa. Previous roles at CIEL Textile include Head of Digital Transformation & IT and Production Manager, responsible for production involving 600 personnel across dyeing, weaving, and finishing processes, as well as managing steam production utilities and water treatment. Pascal's educational background includes a degree in Textile Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Industries Textiles de Mulhouse and a Technicien Supérieur in Mechanics from Institut Universitaire de Technologie de Mulhouse.
