Aline Boutron is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management, particularly in the fluvial sector. Aline has been with SOGESTRAN Group since December 2008, currently serving as Responsable Ressources Humaines Métier Fluvial, where responsibilities include defining HR strategies and supporting managers in various HR functions such as recruitment, training, and conflict management. Prior to this role, Aline held several positions at DCNS from September 2005 to August 2008, including Responsable développement RH and Adjointe RH, alongside an apprenticeship in HR. Aline holds a Master 2 degree from EM Normandie Business School and a Master 2 degree in Gestion des ressources humaines from IAE Caen.
