Fabien Sallemand

Fabien Sallemand is an experienced manager in the fields of shopping centers and technical provider management, currently serving as Gérant at SOCIETE PRIVEE DE GERANCE since October 2023, overseeing the Planète Charmilles shopping center and large commercial real estate complexes. Prior to this, Fabien held the position of Responsable technique provider management at Wincasa from November 2020 to October 2023, managing a mixed-use portfolio and overseeing budget planning, maintenance, and property projects. From October 2014 to October 2020, Fabien worked at Eiffage Concessions, directing the technical operation of the Centre Hospitalier Alpes Léman and the University Grenoble Energie Enseignement Recherche, with a focus on contract management and energy production. Fabien holds a Master's degree in industrial engineering from École des Mines de Saint-Étienne and a DUT in mechanical engineering from IUT MONTPELLIER-SETE.
