Cyntia Lambert

Cyntia Lambert is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as a Conseillère en formation at Groupe St-Hubert since September 2016. In this role, Cyntia specializes in designing and facilitating training programs, organizational development, coaching, project management, and change management. Prior to this, Cyntia held the position of Manager at The Keg Steakhouse and Bar from October 2011 to September 2016, overseeing bar operations during the opening of the Laval location. Cyntia's educational background includes a Certificat in Supply Chain Management from HEC Montréal (2016-2018) and dual Bachelor's degrees in Hospitality Management from ITHQ and Hotel and Tourism Management from UQAM (2008-2011).
