Amine Belkacemi

Amine Belkacemi is an experienced professional in urban renewal project management, currently serving as Responsable de programmes renouvellement urbain at Groupe Valophis since August 2021. Prior to this role, Amine held the position of Chargé de projets Renouvellement Urbain at ICF HABITAT, where responsibilities included managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and overseeing communication efforts related to urban renewal initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as Chargé de mission at Junior EUP UrbaConseil, focusing on client engagement and student coordination, and as Chargé d'études at Apur, conducting research on residential changes linked to the Grand Paris Express. Amine also worked briefly as an Assistant architect in 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Urbanisme et Amenagement from Ecole d'Urbanisme de Paris and two Master’s degrees in Architecture from Université Saad Dahlab de Blida.
