Benoît Hudon, FSA FCIA, has a wealth of experience in the insurance and actuarial field. Benoît currently holds the position of Vice President, Underwriting at GroupHEALTH Benefit Solutions since April 2021. Previously, they served as the Director of Underwriting & Growth Strategies at the same company from September 2018 to April 2021. Before joining GroupHEALTH, Benoît worked at SSQ Assurance | SSQ Insurance as an Account Executive from November 2016 to August 2018, and as an Actuarial Analyst from February 2009 to October 2016. Benoît also gained experience as an Actuarial Analyst at Morneau Shepell from September 2008 to February 2009, and at SSQ Groupe financier | Financial Group from January 2007 to September 2008. Benoît began their career as an Actuarial Intern at SSQ Groupe financier | Financial Group from May 2006 to December 2006.

Benoît Hudon, FSA FCIA, has a comprehensive education history in the field of Actuarial Science. Benoît attended Université Laval from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a degree in Actuarial Science. Prior to that, they studied Pure Sciences at Champlain St-Lawrence College from 2002 to 2004. Their earlier educational background includes high school education at La Tuque High School from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their educational qualifications, Benoît Hudon has obtained two important certifications in their field. Benoît became a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries in December 2016 and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in August 2013.
