James Harris

James Harris currently serves as the UK People Planning Lead at GroupM since November 2023. Previously, James held multiple senior roles at Oliver Wyman from June 2017 to August 2023, including Senior Talent Management Lead and Talent Management Lead for EMEA Financial Services. James gained further experience at PwC Australia from October 2014 to April 2017 as Resource Management Lead for the Technology Consulting practice, focusing on resource allocation and utilization targets, after serving as Resource Manager at PwC UK from August 2012 to September 2014. Earlier roles included Recruitment Consultant in Public Practice at Morgan McKinley and a Mine Warfare specialist in the Royal Navy from May 2005 to May 2010.
