Katelyn Tolan is a seasoned professional with a robust background in people data strategy and governance, currently serving as the Director of People Data Strategy & Governance at GroupM, where Katelyn also held positions as Associate Director of Global People Systems and Associate Director of Learning Operations. Previously, Katelyn worked as an Independent Process Consultant at Pilot Freight Services and has extensive experience in learning and development management. Katelyn began their career at Nassau BOCES, where roles included Office Manager and Human Resources Summer Intern. Katelyn holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Management from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Muhlenberg College.
