Rishi Ranka

Rishi Ranka is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles since December 2016 at GroupM, currently serving as HR Operations Lead, focusing on areas such as employee lifecycle management, HR systems and automation, and vendor management. Prior to this, Rishi held positions including Workday HR Operations Lead and Director of Talent at GroupM India. Rishi's career includes a significant tenure as Senior Manager Human Resources at Gemini Corporation NV and earlier roles at Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed HR operations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Rishi began the career as a Management Trainee at Desarch Pentacle Pvt.
