Christian Tracey has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Christian started as a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting in 1994. After that, they worked as a Program Manager at SAIC from 1995 to 1999, and then went on to become a Program Manager at Rockwell Automation until 2001. Christian then joined Penton Media as the Director of Network and Telecom Services from 2001 to 2003. Christian then had various senior leadership positions at Microsoft Corporation from 2003 to 2009. In 2009, they became the Principal at Acceleron Consulting Ltd. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at Microsoft Corporation again as an Account Executive, managing the company's large Financial Services customers in N. E. Ohio. Following their time at Microsoft, Christian held various leadership and sales positions with SAP SuccessFactors from 2014 to 2017. Currently, they serve as the Chief Technology Officer at Group Management Services, Inc. since October 2017.

Christian Tracey attended Kent State University from 1988 to 1993, where they studied Management & Finance. Christian did not obtain a degree during this time. Christian later enrolled in the Kent State University Graduate School of Management, focusing on Business Administration and Management. Christian Tracey also holds several certifications in aviation, including Commercial Pilot: Multi-engine Instrument, Private Pilot: Single Engine Sea, and Remote Pilot: Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems, which were obtained from the Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration.
