Chelsea Murphy

Chelsea Murphy has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Chelsea started their career as a Physician Recruiter at The Execu|Search Group in 2010 and worked in that role until 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Team Member- Fully Licensed at State Farm. Chelsea then joined Montefiore Medical Center in 2014 as a Sr. Physician Recruiter, where they specialized in recruiting and retaining physicians across different specialties. In 2015, they transitioned to Groups Recover Together, where they served as an Associate Director, responsible for developing the Clinical Recruitment infrastructure and recruiting physicians to support the organization's approach to opiate addiction recovery. Lastly, Chelsea joined Groups: recover together. in 2018 as the Director of Physician Recruitment, and later became the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Chelsea Murphy attended Shepherd Hill Regional High School from 2002 to 2006, where they completed their high school education. Chelsea then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Bucknell University from 2006 to 2010.
