Angelica Solis, MSHRM, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in human resources management. Angelica worked at Grove Bay Hospitality Group from 2016 to the present, where they served as the Director of Human Resources. In this role, they focused on enhancing the company culture, promoting inclusion and diversity, and leading with a growth mindset. Angelica also managed a multi-functional HR department and ensured compliance with legal requirements. Prior to this, Angelica worked as a Human Resources Manager at Grove Bay Hospitality Group from 2016 to 2019, where they were responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and benefits administration. Angelica has also worked as a Project Coordinator at Ventura Holdings Group and as a Regional Corporate Administrator (Human Resources) at SAMBA BRANDS MANAGEMENT.

Angelica Solis, MSHRM, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management, with a minor in Restaurant and Food Service Management, from Florida International University. Following this, they pursued further education at Nova Southeastern University, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General in 2016.

In addition to their education, Angelica Solis has also obtained the certification of SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in July 2019 from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
