Aashley Malsbury's work experience began in 2010 as a Nanny for a private employer. In 2012, they worked as a Program Representative and later became an In-House Counsel at Youth Villages. At Youth Villages, they marketed programs and managed customer relationships. In 2015, they joined NAMI Maine as a Policy & Quality Assurance Associate, where they developed improvement plans and coordinated stakeholders in setting goals for the state's mental health system. In 2017, they became a Senior Business Account Manager at Wayfair. Since 2018, Aashley has been working at Grove Collaborative, Inc., starting as a Supervisor and then transitioning to the role of Community Happiness Manager. Currently, they serve as the Community Happiness Systems Manager, responsible for configuring and optimizing the CRM used by Grove's Community Happiness Team. Aashley also facilitates bug prioritization and collaborates with product management and engineering.

Aashley Malsbury attended Gordon College from 2008 to 2012. Aashley obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Psychology during their time at the school.
