Phil Moon

Phil Moon is the VP of Finance at Grove Collaborative. Phil has over 10 years of experience in finance and strategy. Prior to joining Grove, Phil was the head of strategic finance at eero from February 2016 to September 2017. Phil also worked at Square as the finance & strategy lead from January 2014 to July 2015. Phil started their career as an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley from July 2007 to June 2009. After that, they worked as an investor at TPG from August 2009 to July 2011.

Phil Moon completed a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley.

They are on a team with and Janae De Crescenzo - Chief Accounting Officer. Phil Moon reports to Sergio Cervantes, CFO.
