Ricardo Neves has extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as Head of Supply Chain Management & CI at Grover since March 2022. Ricardo's roles have included optimizing vendor relationships, leading logistics teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve significant cost savings. Previously, Ricardo held senior managerial positions at ASOS.com and Berlin Brands Group, where Ricardo focused on improving operational efficiency and managing warehouse processes. Additional experience includes project management in logistics and product ownership roles at rebolet, where Ricardo implemented ERP solutions and optimized supply chain processes. Ricardo holds an Executive MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and dual degrees in Automation and Control Engineering, as well as Production and Mechanical Engineering.
