Carl Spikner

Carl Spikner, MBA, MRED, currently serves as Assistant Director at the National Development Council, providing technical assistance and feasibility analysis for real estate development in California, Utah, and Nevada. With extensive experience in real estate underwriting and compliance, Carl has also held positions on the Board of Directors at North American Signs, Inc., and as a teaching assistant at the University of Utah in graduate-level finance and real estate courses.
