Vlad Giliadov

Vlad Giliadov has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Vlad started their career at HSBC as an Operations Officer in 1999. Vlad then worked at GE Capital as a Credit Analyst in the Property & Franchise Finance division. In 2007, they joined CIT as a Senior Credit Manager for Dell Financial Services. After that, they spent time at BankWest as an Analyst in Corporate & Specialised Banking. In 2011, Vlad became the Head of Commercial Credit at Flexigroup Limited and later moved on to Eclipx Group as a Senior Credit Manager. In 2016, they joined Maia Financial as a Senior Manager, Credit and in 2018, they became the Head of Credit at GetCapital. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Risk & Operations at Grow Finance, a role they have held since 2020.
