Dr.padma Shanthi Jagadabhi

Dr. Padma Shanthi Jagadabhi is a Senior Scientist at Grow Indigo, specializing in soil greenhouse gas modeling since December 2022. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Gansu Agricultural University since January 2022, Dr. Jagadabhi has previously held positions as a Consultant in Agri, Food & Bioeconomy at Catalyze Group and as a Research Consultant at ICRISAT, focusing on innovations for drylands. Earlier roles include Research Scientist at Berner Fachhochschule, where the emphasis was on enhancing microbial hydrolysis of manure fibers and biogas process technology, and postdoctoral training at the University of Helsinki. Dr. Jagadabhi earned a PhD in Environmental Science and Technology from the University of Jyväskylä and has a strong background in environmental education and biotechnology through various academic and project associate roles.
