Kristin Ohnstad

Kristin Ohnstad is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic development across various sectors, including healthcare, education, and non-profit organizations. Currently serving as VP People at Grow Therapy, Kristin is dedicated to making therapy accessible to all Americans. Previously, Kristin held the position of Chief Talent Officer at Oxeon, where significant transitions were guided, and was a member of Chief, a network for women executive leaders. With a strong background in scaling initiatives, Kristin was Head of Growth at KIND, leading the Empatico project, and served in multiple senior roles at Teach For America, where national strategies and organizational structures were redefined. Kristin began the career as a teacher with Teach For America and also gained experience in publishing as Associate Editor and Art Director at Holt International Children's Services. Kristin holds dual degrees in Journalism and Spanish from the University of Oregon.
