Jay Anna Harris-Theis

Jay Anna Harris-Theis is the Vice President of People at Earlybird. Jay has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and talent management.

Harris-Theis began their career as a Professional Development Specialist at McKinsey & Company. In this role, they implemented training programs and developed strategies to improve employee retention. Jay also advised senior leaders on how to effectively manage their teams.

Harris-Theis then became a Human Resources Business Partner at Allianz Asset Management AG. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of human resources for the asset management division. This included recruiting, performance management, and employee development.

After a brief stint as a Senior Talent & Recruiting Consultant at Talent Tree, Harris-Theis joined NavVis as the Global Head of the People Team. At NavVis, Harris-Theis was responsible for all aspects of human resources for the company's 240 employees. This included recruiting, performance management, and employee development.

Harris-Theis is currently the Vice President of People at Earlybird. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of human resources for the company's employees. This includes recruiting, performance management, and employee development.

Jay Anna Harris-Theis has a Master's Degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's Degree in German and International Relations with a minor in Economics from Austin College. Jay also has certification from SHRM in Global Professional in Human Resources.
