Kristina McPherson

Kristina McPherson currently serves as the Head of Strategic Communications at Grow Therapy, a position held since May 2024. Prior experience includes leadership roles at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, where Kristina was the Managing Director of Corporate Strategy and Strategic Communications from September 2018 to May 2024. Prior to that, Kristina worked at Golin as a Senior Manager and Digital Manager from January 2017 to September 2018, and at Edelman as a Global Senior Account Executive from January 2014 to January 2017. Kristina's early career included a role as Media Relations/Business Manager at the Michelin-starred restaurant Elizabeth from February 2012 to January 2014. Academically, Kristina holds a Master’s degree from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from Purdue University.
