Saimon Sharif

Saimon Sharif is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Grow Therapy since April 2023, Saimon previously held the role of Engineering Manager at Attune from September 2019 to March 2023, where responsibilities included managing teams focused on growth and customer support optimization. Prior to this, Saimon gained valuable experience as a Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead at Rent The Runway, and as an instructor at General Assembly, where Saimon taught front-end web development and managed teaching assistants. Saimon's early career included software engineering roles at Codecademy and RubyLaw. Saimon holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, and an Advanced Regents Diploma with Honors from Stuyvesant High School.
